The first thing I noticed about Casumo's rebranding is that it has got rid of a lot of the tabs it used to have. Now, the 'Casino' section has just 3 navigation tabs: 'Promotions', 'Live' and 'Reel Races'. This was a little off-putting at first, as I'm used to seeing at least one 'Slots' tab to jump to.
That said, as you scroll down the page, all the familiar slot categories are still there, like ‘Popular’, ‘Top New Games’, ‘Casumo Loves’ etc.
In these sections, you’ll find all the usual suspects, including Starburst, Book of Dead and Immortal Romance. There's also a search bar that lets you look for specific games and providers, so you won't have any trouble finding what you're looking for.

As you gain XP, much like a conventional RPG, you’ll hatch and level up, earning new coloured belts, trophies and corresponding awards. For the gamers out there, this should appeal greatly.
I can’t help thinking that, if it were combined with a really gripping storyline, this could be an incredibly powerful promotional tool.
When looked at as an added incentive, and as a way to supplement your winnings, I think The Adventure is a really nice touch, and I fully expect that it will pave the way for further gamification mechanics in the future, on Casumo’s site as well as others.
Beyond The Adventure and Reel Races, the promotions page also highlights a few Pragmatic Play-specific promos, including a boosted Drops & Wins prize pool of £2,000,000 with impressive daily and weekly drops. Casumo has plenty of Drops & Wins titles for players to choose from, if you fancy taking advantage of this.
Also, whilst they don’t get much mention across the Casumo site, there are four exclusive progressive jackpots with the 'mega' jackpot prize starting at £100,000. These can be triggered any time when playing a number of selected games.
At the time of writing, there was also a month-long ‘Daily Delights’ prize giveaway with some decent-looking bonuses up for grabs. This kind of promo may come and go, but it does illustrate that Casumo is committed to keeping loyal players happy and engaged.
It used to be the case that Casumo’s promotions page was a bit sparse, but it looks as though they’ve bucked up their ideas!

In the past, I wasn't a huge fan of Casumo's site navigation, but I am a big fan of the new layout, which is far more colourful and has clear text and easy-on-the-eye tiles. I especially like the addition of the 3 tabs at the top of the page where you can jump directly to the games, your wallet and your profile.

The mobile-friendly version of the site is pretty good, and I would favour it over the native app. The app itself lags quite a lot and has received some negative reviews, so I would recommend just playing on the optimised site from your mobile or tablet.

The minimum deposit for debit cards is just £5, which is nice and low. This rises to £10 for other payment methods, which seems fair.
When it comes to withdrawals, Casumo approves payments quickly, “within a matter of hours”, so there’s very little room for improvement here. All withdrawals are processed instantly subject to verification, except for Visa withdrawals which may take up to 2 days.

Generally speaking, I’m not a fan of chatbots, especially when their main function seems to be keeping players from getting in touch with a real person, but Casumo’s ‘Sumo’ bot is an exception to this.
It appears to be built based on a modern AI chatbot, with access to more information than most and will connect you quickly if required.
Whilst contacting customer services to clarify one or two details for this review, I found the agents to be responsive, polite and helpful. It would be full marks for Casumo’s help and support section, if not for the fact that they have reduced the availability of their live chat service from 24/7 to 07:00–00:00 GMT.
