After a varied career featuring financial services, logistics and teaching English, Paul settled into the world of freelance writing in the late 90s. It began with a number of projects for various industry publications, ranging from medical web copy to LGBTQ+ vlog scripts – you could say he’s fairly adaptable!
A year or so after discovering his new-found love of writing, Paul began to work on online casino and sports betting articles and this took him on a new trajectory. Given his lifelong enthusiasm for gambling on pretty much every event, occasion and friendly prop bet, this seemed like the perfect fit for the next stage in his career.
