Dream Vegas Overview

Dream Vegas is all about bringing Sin City to the players. Everything about this site, from its kinetic, animated, neon-bright design to its comprehensive live casino section is designed to evoke glamour, style and the Vegas nightlife.

Although perhaps not among the best-known casinos around, Dream Vegas is part of the prolific White Hat Gaming family. White Hat Gaming is a well-respected and longstanding operation with some very recognisable sites under its umbrella, including Casimba, Jackpot Village & Barz Casino. As a fan of some of Dream Vegas’ sister sites, my expectations were high.

Dream Vegas has been around since 2018, and it’s managed to amass an impressive library of games in this time. There are nearly 3,000 in total, with the vast majority being slots. Despite the large range of games on offer, the site manages to remain organised and uncomplicated in its layout, making navigation a breeze. This is helped further by the inclusion of some useful search functions.

Dream Vegas scores points with me for many reasons. Just some of them include:

  • Sleek and stylishly appointed site design
  • Almost 3,000 games spanning slots, live casino and more
  • Excellent navigability with a simple search function

In true Vegas style, the promotions reflect its players’ desire for big wins, mainly taking the form of grand prize giveaways. Vegas is also well known for being an around-the-clock city full of night owls and high rollers. Consequently, Dream Vegas’ designers have given it a night time aesthetic, and the enthusiastic support agents are available 24/7.

Dream Vegas's Games

Dream Vegas scores 9.5/10 for Games

The actual size of Dream Vegas’ game library fluctuates. At the time of writing, the collection was approaching 3,000 games, but in the past, it has reached more than 4,000. Players looking for a long-term relationship should factor this in, as this number may swell back up again soon.

As expected, the vast majority of the game catalogue is made up of slots from the hundred-odd game developers that Dream Vegas works with.

Oddly, both the ‘Live Dealer’ and ‘Games’ tabs, which broadly divide the site, direct players to the same ‘Game Lobby’. I’m not sure whether this is a broken link or a strategic choice, but it’s not an issue. Generally speaking, the offerings span slots, scratch cards, table games and live games, including roulette, blackjack and more.

High RTP Slots at Dream Vegas

For those looking for slots that pay out the most, here's our pick of Dream Vegas's highest RTP slots. These are the best high RTP slots available to play at Dream Vegas for UK players, verified by Slot Gods:

The ‘Game Lobby’ functions as a list of featured games, with a ‘Game of the Month’ at top left, followed by an eclectic selection of titles from a range of developers. I found a few live games mixed into this, but it’s predominantly slots.

The next tab across contained 36 ‘New Games’ at the time of writing. I found these to be interesting and up-to-date, with a healthy amount of variety. I like to see casinos focusing on new releases, as it encourages innovation and exploration. Dream Vegas does this brilliantly, hosting a range of the latest games from both big and small developers.

Household names you can expect to see include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Big Time Gaming. Smaller, emerging studios creating some of the most cutting-edge slots for Dream Vegas include Nolimit City, Thunderkick and Iron Dog.

Heading over to the ‘Slots’ tab, I got a more general impression of the library. The variety is extremely wide, and all tastes are catered for where themes are concerned. Expect established IP-based titles side by side with ancient Egyptian adventures, horror games and, of course, fishing.

You can find fan-favourite slot titles, like Avalon GoldDead or Alive 2Gonzo's Quest and all the latest from the Big Bass franchise. Or if you fancy something a little different, you can go for exciting and unusual releases, such as Kenneth Must Die or Ugliest Catch, both from Nolimit City.

The expansive ‘Slots’ tab is a long scroll, but the selection can easily be refined using the snappy search bar to the right of the page, which also allows for searching by developer.

There aren’t many tabs to help make the full slots selection more manageable, but there is a dedicated ‘Drops & Wins’ tab. I found this section to contain 25 of Pragmatic Play’s popular network prize pool-enhanced offerings, including several of their ubiquitous franchise games.

Elements that I enjoyed at Dream Vegas' game collection include:

  • Excellent selection of jackpot slots
  • Full suite of live dealer and table games
  • Regularly updated library with brand-new releases

I can’t help thinking that a ‘Jackpots’ tab to collect these games would go a long way, perhaps alongside some live jackpot totals. This seems like an unusual oversight. Dream Vegas hosts a boast-worthy selection of Jackpot King, Mega Moolah and WowPot games, yet the only easy way to find them is by using the search bar.

Equally, something in the vein of a ‘Most Popular’ or ‘Timeless Classics’ tab would be appreciated. Dream Vegas offers all of the longstanding big-name titles, such as Starburst, Eye of Horus and Book of Dead, but, again, they have to be specifically searched for.

Other games

Las Vegas is the gambling capital of the world, and home to some of the biggest casinos. These institutions made their names before the advent of online gambling and they continue to enjoy great success, because many players love a live game.

Recognising this, Dream Vegas gives its ‘Live Dealer’ tab a prominent position on the site, and keeps it well stocked with a range of live casino games. I found 81 games, mainly made up of blackjack, roulette and baccarat, with a few game show offerings thrown in for good measure.

Evolution, Authentic and Pragmatic provide the live games, so there’s a lot of variety here. I like this approach. Whilst Evolution is probably the best known provider of live games, it’s all too often the case that players don’t get any other choice.

The selection can be narrowed down using the ‘Blackjack’ and ‘Roulette’ tabs. The ‘Poker’ tab, however, contains just a small selection of video poker games. I couldn’t find any sign of a live poker game, which seems surprising considering the Vegas-themed nature of the site.

The ‘Table Games’ section is where you’ll find most of the non-live options. There are video table games from a wide variety of developers here, and they cover most game types. I found this to be a pretty detailed and well-stocked tab, suggesting that Dream Vegas players are fans of these.

The ‘Scratch & Fun’ tab is also surprisingly well equipped, with no shortage of scratch cards and instant wins. Slingo games are also included here, and fans of these are unlikely to feel let down.

Promotions & Rewards

  • £30,000 cash giveaway

Dream Vegas is giving away £30k to a single player through their cash prize draw. In order to earn tickets, you must wager cash on any Dream Vegas game.

There is no maximum number of tickets that can be claimed, and the prize is credited as cash with no wagering requirements.

  • Mini Vegas weekly cash giveaway

Each week, Dream Vegas players have a chance to win a share of a £500 prize pool. Mini Tickets are earned by wagering as normal, and there’s no limit to the number of tickets you can earn.

The draw takes place every Monday, with ten winners each week each receiving £50 in cash with no wagering requirements.

Dream Vegas scores 8/10 for Promotions

Aside from the welcome bonus, which changes from time to time, Dream Vegas hosts three regular giveaway promotions.

The £30k giveaway sounds very tempting, but it’s worth noting that, to earn a single Mega Ticket into the prize draw, players need to earn 500 points. Each £1,000 wagered earns just one point, so this promo is likely to only benefit high rollers. Still, if you’re wagering large amounts anyway then this is a great incentive to take your business to Dream Vegas!

Similarly, it’s necessary to wager quite a bit to be in with a chance of winning £50 each week, so the Mini Vegas promo is also most likely to be of interest to players with larger bankrolls.

The same is true of the Dream Big £10,000 Giveaway, which functions similarly but runs every four months.

These regular prize giveaways are appealing, and it’s great that they can be claimed by simply playing as normal, but they won’t be a great benefit to all players.

However, they do work in tandem with Dream Vegas’ loyalty scheme system, which allows players to exchange their points for cash bonuses which can be spent anywhere on the site.

To sum up, Dream Vegas has some great promos, including:

  • Frequent big prize giveaways
  • Ongoing loyalty points system
  • Seasonal bonus offers

Wagering requirements at Dream Vegas aren’t too bad, generally set at 35x. The welcome bonuses are typically quite generous, combining a bonus deposit with free spins. Still, I think there’s a lack of regular reload bonuses here. A weekly deposit bonus for all players would be a welcome addition to Dream Vegas’ promos page.

Platform & Software

Banking

Dream Vegas scores 8.5/10 for Banking

Depositing with credit cards is illegal in Britain, but there are plenty of other options for players at Dream Vegas. These span debit cards (Mastercard and Visa), eWallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, MuchBetter), bank transfers and alternatives such as Paysafecard and Apple Pay.

The minimum deposit is just £10. The minimum withdrawal limit is £20, which is higher than I like to see, but it’s possible to withdraw less by contacting customer support and putting in a request.

It usually takes up to 48 hours for withdrawals to be processed, which isn’t exactly rapid, but it's unlikely to be a dealbreaker for players.

Help & Support

Live chat
(24/7)

Dream Vegas scores 9/10 for Customer Support

Strangely, I couldn’t find an FAQ section on Dream Vegas at first, but eventually found a link to a dedicated subsite ‘Help Centre’ on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Although not where you’d expect it to be, it’s decent way to get answers without contacting anyone.

The ‘Zendesk’ Help Centre has the answers to the most common queries. A responsive search bar takes position front and centre, and I found that it got me to the right FAQ quickly. There are also broad categories that can be browsed.

In writing this review, I contacted the Dream Vegas customer support team multiple times. Each agent I spoke to responded quickly and politely and knew what they were talking about. Plus, you get put straight through to a person with no pesky chatbot to click past!

Getting in touch via the 24/7 live chat is the quickest and easiest way to get a response, but there’s also an email address. Evidently, Dream Vegas recognises the value of top-notch customer support, so hats off to their team!

Our Verdict

Why go to Vegas when Dream Vegas will come to you? Players will find 3,000+ games here – the majority of which are slots. But you’ll also find table games and even some live dealer tables.

Dream Vegas is one of the many slot sites owned and operated by White Hat Gaming, a company that has been in the industry for just about forever! There’s nothing they don’t know about creating safe, secure and entertaining casinos

They’re also behind other big names such as Casimba, Jackpot Village and Barz Casino. So it’s fair to say that Dream Vegas is up there with the very best in the business!

The slick design offers a good indication of what to expect, whilst the dark background evokes an air of luxury, with games sliding into view as you scroll down, which is a nice touch.

There’s a strong focus on the user experience, with clear and helpful menus that lead you to the games you’d like to explore.

With so many slots, table and live dealer games to choose from, we think Dream Vegas is a site that demands closer inspection from any slots fan.
