Mats Andersson: 300 Shields Mighty Ways is a highly anticipated sequel to classic slots 300 Shields and 300 Shields Extreme, with the former having been on the market since for almost a decade.
We’ve made a conscious effort to keep all of the fundamental features and mechanics from the original games that players loved, we’ve then enhanced it with the Mighty Ways engine, which allows us to offer players a different experience with consecutive wins that adds more value.
What do you like the most about 300 Shields Mighty Ways?
Mats Andersson: Without a doubt, it’s the volatility. I’m personally a big fan of high volatility games and 300 Shields Mighty Ways offers players high-octane, high volatility gameplay.

I was a big fan of the original game; however, the downside was that I often found it hard to reach that 300x multiplier. Mats Andersson: The main thing that makes the Mighty Ways mechanic so special is that it significantly increases the number of ways to win as players land consecutive wins themselves.
The potential gets greater and greater on subsequent cascades, unlike other slots in the same family that often have a completely random number of win ways. You get more bang for your buck!
What is the future of Mighty Ways? Are there any classic titles, such as Rainbow Riches, that could have the Mighty Ways treatment?
Mats Andersson: In short, yes! To start off with we’ve been adding the Mighty Ways mechanic to known games from our portfolio that are liked and loved by players, and that’s not going to change any time soon.
