Good old Brute Force is back fighting the good fight once again, but I'm surprised this battle has come around again quite so quickly. The original Brute Force game got the testosterone pumping a few months ago and it aims to do so once again in the summer of 2025.
The maximum winning combo available is a six-of-a-kind and you'll get a 2.50x payout when this occurs with one of the royal symbols, and up to 24x for the top-paying picture symbols. xNudge symbols can also get you a 24x reward if you see a group of six of them.
Wild symbols don't only substitute for other regular payers, but they'll also transform low-paying symbols into mid-range paying symbols. All of the action is reliant on wild symbols during the base game and this flows through into the bonus game as well, so let's hope you see loads of them as you spin.
You have one standard wild and four xNudge Wilds. The difference between these special wild symbols is quite subtle and it mainly affects the win multiplier. The four names to look out for are Joshua, Jason, Jade and Zylox – they’re the main characters who are battling through this adventure.
With Joshua, Jason and Jade, you see a random multiplier value updating at the bottom of the symbol when it's fully visible and they always add to the multiplier value. The Xylox symbol combines multiplier values from all of the others.
Joshua increases by +1 each time, with a maximum of 7x, and Jason increases the multiplier by +2 and grows to a maximum of 15x. Jade increases the values by +5 and up to a maximum of 40x and the Xylox symbol only grows by +1 but takes in the multiplier values from the other three. You see all of these figures summarised in the xNudge meter.
You can trigger a standard free spins game with either red or blue scatter symbols and then there are super versions of the game when you get more scatter symbols appearing.
The basic idea of Redemption Spins is that you need two red scatter symbols in among the triggering three and you get 10 free spins. Xylox is always sticky when it lands but you won't see the Joshua symbols. The blue version gives you 10 free spins and you'll need at least two blue scatters to trigger the bonus. Joshua, Jason and Jade can remain sticky and Xylox will always be sticky.
Picking up two red and two blue scatter symbols means that the Jade symbol might become sticky and you'll always get one of these on the first spin. The Xylox wild is always sticky but you won't see Joshua or Jason.
You've got four different xNudge Wilds and these are Joshua, Jason, Jade and Xylox. Joshua makes each nudge increase the win multiplier to a maximum 7x, while Jason increases by +2 with a maximum of 15x and Jade increases by +5 with a maximum of 40x. Xylox increases the win multiplier by +1 but also collects values from the other characters.
Three scatter symbols, with at least two of them being red, will shower you with 10 free spins. During this bonus game, the Xylox xNudge Wild is always sticky whenever it lands and the Joshua wild will not land.
If at least two of the three scatter symbols are blue, you'll see the Blu Genesis spins game burst open with a different set of wilds available. Joshua, Jason and Jade can become sticky when they land but the Xylox xNudge Wild will always do you the courtesy of remaining sticky each time it lands.
If two red and two blue scatter symbols appear on the reels, you get 10 of these free spins. Jade xNudge Wilds can become sticky and one always lands on the first spin. Xylox Wilds are always sticky but you won't see Joshua or Jason Wilds during this bonus game.
The volatility rating is set as insanely high and this will affect the gameplay. Personally, I experienced hundreds of dull spins before I saw any of the fun and attraction that the xNudge Wilds can offer. I was lucky enough to grab 10 redemption spins and watch wild symbols deliver some fairly small rewards but at the end of my bonus session, I could still only dream of the 80,000 max win as I picked up just 5.30x.
