18 months and 100,000,000 jackpots later, Dream Drop is still living up to its name
This time last year, we were excitedly celebrating the 1,000,000th Dream Drop jackpot giveaway. However, things seem to have picked up a head of steam over at Relax Gaming in the past 12 months and that figure has now grown to 100,000,000 winners!
Admittedly, the lowest of the prizes, the Rapid Jackpot, does start at just a quid, so there are many players who’ve picked up a fairly nominal prize along the way. The €1m ‘must win’ payout first landed back in June 2022, just a month after the new progressive series was released. Since then, there have been another 10 Mega prize winners – a prize that keeps growing every time it drops. It has a 60% reseed value and grows by €500k for every 2 wins.
The latest win, the 11th Mega Jackpot payout, was just shy of €3m in October 2023. There’s potential for this pool to grow to €10m so watch out for even bigger sums dropping in the coming months.

While not quite as headline-grabbing as the Mega prize, the Major Jackpot is still pretty impressive! It too has a reseed value of 60%, but doesn’t benefit from the recurring boost every 2 wins like its big brother.

These smaller prizes start at €100, €5 and €1, meaning they're likely to land with much higher frequency. While they might not be as potent as the Mega and Major jackpots, they could well pay out more than once during the same slot session.
What’s next for Dream Drop?
The list of DD slots keeps on growing and the latest, in November 2023, is a re-release of the classic Templar Tumble slot with the DD Jackpot tacked on, so to speak. But that’s not all! The regular max win has grown from 1,000x to a stunning 17,371x and that can only mean great things for this iconic game and its legion of fans.
I’ve also heard a rumour that the developer is planning to make €1m payouts a monthly occurrence. While we’ve seen the Mega Jackpot create millionaires a number of times over the last 18 months, this could become even more frequent.
