On The Big Dawg’s 5x5 game area, you’re not limited to having to start winning combinations from the leftmost reel. If you land 3 matching symbols in a straight line, up, down, left or right, then that counts as a win. 5-of-a-kind of the game’s 5 least valuable pay symbols—an array of weapons one might use in a street fight—is worth a very decent 5x the bet. A 5-of-a-kind made up of the higher paying symbols—a colourful gang of ghetto pooches adorned with rap regalia—is worth between 10x and 25x the stake.
When a winning combo hits, its symbols disappear so more symbols can come cascading down and give you another opportunity to hit winning combinations. In this iteration, these cascades are referred to as ‘tumbles’.
