It seems that our friends over at Casumo have been in the news for positive reasons this week as they are teaming up with Neccton.
The slot site announcement comes after the company acknowledged the need for extra assistance when it comes to protecting players.
Who is Casumo?
Founded in 2021, this slot site combines the worlds of social and real money to create a unique experience with a variety of online slots, tables games and live casino games available.
Casumo works with some of the biggest names within the iGaming industry such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming and even NetEnt.
It should be noted that they have a fantastic support system with various platforms of contact and even a dedicated site called Casumocares that contains a variety of tools to help players.
What will Casumo gain from Neccton?
The casino will be using Neccton's Mentor player protection software which contains an AI to analyse player behaviour in real-time and attempts to offer them support.
It's essentially a tracking tool that alerts the operator whilst also contacting the player directly to help assist them with individualised feedback.
