Shifting Seas is not your average pirate slot. There is a new mechanic called Shift Win that causes the rightmost reel to disappear when a win lands on the reels. This leads to a new reel appearing on the left side as well.
When a special wild is pushed out of the game, the special wild is activated. Additionally, the boost shift feature results in an extra reel shift that enables a new reel to be added to the left side of the game area. All the symbols in the left location will be copied into this new reel.
