Outlaw Waysfecta Review
Who doesn't love the Wild West? It's full of intriguing characters that can either be friendly or dangerous. In Outlaw Waysfecta, you are on the wrong side of the law and have joined a band of outlaws trying to survive.
Developed by Lightning Box, Outlaw Waysfecta plays on 5-reels with 243 ways to win in the base game, but this expands with the Waysfecta mechanic that adds splitting symbols leading to larger wins.
If you loved the interactive elements of Fortune Frog Skillstar but want something more exciting, then Outlaw Waysfecta is the one for you. With an entertaining Shootout feature, you'll be hooked in no time.
Design
When the slot opens up, there's not a huge amount to the visuals but they are decent enough to tell you a story. The background is a static image of a Western town but that's about it.
However, the reels show a more detailed story with various distinctive looking outlaws and a Sheriff to give you a better insight into the slot.
The base of this slot isn't anything special, but that all changes with the bonus features. When you trigger the Shootout, you'll be taken to a desert field to shoot what you can in a first-person view which looks like a traditional arcade game.
Once you hit the Train Heist, you'll be given a landscape view of a heist with moving cars and it definitely builds up the intensity. During the base game, you have typical Western music that is perfectly fine, but the audio jumps up a level during the Train Heist with commentary from the Sheriff and the outlaw making it thrilling to play.
Gameplay
The core gameplay is pretty standard with spins and the Waysfecta mechanic, but it elevates with the Shootout. There's an interactive element that gives you the power to select what you want through shooting and has an actual value.
To the bottom of the reel, you'll find the spin button followed by the bet level. Anything else you may need can be found to the left of the reels.
Win Potential
The RTP of this slot is a respectable 96.10% that is over the average standard. As for the volatility level, you can expect high volatility levels leading to higher wins at a less frequent rate.
You can win up to 16,000x your stake in this slot which is incredible. This all comes from the free spins round with the multipliers going up to 40 and the Grand Jackpot with the Train Heist. Within 100 spins, we triggered the Shootout Bonus twice and left with some decent wins - but every experience will be different.
Our Verdict
We were pleasantly surprised with Outlaw Waysfecta as it completely blew us away in terms of gameplay. The interactive element just elevated the slot and made it feel like you had more control over your game and you were in a true Western environment.
There's so much excitement and suspense within this slot that you can't help but love it. It's surprisingly easy to play as well making it perfect for seasoned players and newcomers. If you are wanting something original and be transported to the Wild West, then you need to check out Outlaw Waysfecta.
