In this slot, there is a Wild Pattern Wheel next to the reels. During the base game, two halves of a marking rectangle appear as an underlay on the screen and these two halves move during each spin. If they stop at the same, then they merge into a full rectangle. After the spin, a wheel showing wild patterns starts spinning and will stop on a slice or level up.
