Nine to Five Features
You can't knock Nolimit City’s approach to fun and engaging Base game play. Throughout the main part of the game, there are various ways to modify the action and it can all mean great things for your balance.
Starting from the top, you get a maximum of 1,024 ways to win and matching symbols simply need to land on consecutive reels. The fax machine, lunchbox, mug and stapler will produce the lowest payouts while the four main characters will get you increasingly better wins as you approach the manager. Five of these will get you a 4x payout.
Along the way, modifying symbols such as xNudge, xWays, Wilds and Scatters will all begin to heighten the tension. xNudge can land on reels 2 to 5 and will move into view to create a block of Wilds and also increase the Multiplier by one each time it nudges.
X-ways will produce up to four symbols of the same kind to help improve your wins. Two types of Wilds are in play with the green ones producing wild substituting powers with a random multiplier up to 5x, but the red Wild symbols are dead symbols and won't help you at all.
Free Spins
Three Scatter symbols will trigger Middle Management Spins and now you get to see a couple of extra symbols enter the fray. 10 free spins produce Layoff and Lawsuit symbols that will increase and decrease your Multiplier as they land. It can go anywhere between 1 and 9,9999. Overtime symbols will award extra spins.
Four Scatter symbols unleash the Ivory Tower Free Spins, of which there are 12. Tech Layoff and Ctrl+Alt+Del symbols can now land with Tech Layoff symbols adding to your win Multiplier. They also increase the value of the next Tech Layoff Multiplier. Ctrl+Alt+Del symbols will divide the next value by 4 and Overtime symbols will, again, add extra spins.
Various bonus buy-ins are available for players outside the UK and these include direct access to the two features, plus a chance to play in God Mode. This is one spin at the cost of 1,370x and this may or may not produce the game's top payout of 9,217x.
