Mental scared us all half to death back in 2021 and to be honest, I'm surprised it's taken Nolimit City this long to put together a sequel. The original game offered less favourable stats and fewer features as well, so this certainly seems like an upgrade from what I can see on the doctor's notes.
With five reels and an expandable number of rows, this slot looks set to keep you on your toes. There are 108 basic ways to win a prize but this could grow considerably thanks to the splitting symbols.
Regular wins happen when skeletons and patients combine to create combos of three, four or five matching symbols. It's not huge rewards on display with even the top payer only producing 2.5x for a 5-of-a-kind win. This is because the number of modifiers and features is out of this world and those wins can continue to grow.
Fire frames and fire reels are two reasons to get excited with up to 13 positions turning into a fire frame and anything that lands on that position splitting into two separate symbols. Similarly, up to five reels can catch fire and anything that lands on that reel will split into three.
If there are two or more dead patient symbols on the screen, they could offer a multiplier worth between 5x and 999x.
Enhancer sells at the bottom of the central reels are activated by the fire frames and these could be wilds with regular substituting powers or xSplits which will split a symbol into two parts. xNudge Wilds might also nudge into view and each time they step, the multiplier increases by one.
