Mental is absolutely bursting with features, and it all starts with the Fire Frames. At any point in the game, 1 to 13 positions on the reels get a Fire Frame and will split into 2 parts for bigger wins. Alongside the Fire Frames feature, you can activate the Dead Patient feature when there are 2 Dead Patient symbols on the screen.
