There’s nothing particularly original about the game’s setting. The 5x5 game area sits in front of a dark purple inner-city alleyway in a manga dystopia. The artwork is good, so it’s fair to assume that the dullness is intentional. It also makes for a nice contrast with the neon-coloured symbols: an array of cyberpunks and their odd tools and weapons.
The chilled-out desert rock playing in the background is easy on the ears, although the roaring guitars you hear when you hit a win or trigger a feature can be a little annoying.
The settings in both the base game and Underground Free Spins are basically the same; however, in Junkyard Bonus, the music becomes more glam rock and the symbols lose their neon glow.
In general, the quality of the graphics are fairly standard, but there is a nice depth to the colours of the symbols. The game looks and sounds just as good on mobile as it does on any other device.
The gameplay is what makes this slot really stand out. First of all, the game has the
