These criminal beasts might well be able to help you towards a decent payout thanks to the increasing number of win lines that come as you hit three or more matching symbols. The royal symbols pay up to 0.8x while the picture symbols max out at 5x. Wild symbols can also substitute for the above. Various other animals will get you payouts between those two figures.
You'll notice that the game area is a little unconventional with only the third reel offering five rows. The first and last reel only have one visible symbol and the second and fourth rows have three.
The rest of the spaces are taken up by vaults and you'll need to see winning sequences occur to start moving these out of the way. As a win lands, a randomly selected vault is removed from the grid and this will bring an extra symbol into play. At this point, you should have a better chance of hitting something more valuable.
At the same time, you'll see that the x2 multiplier above the third reel applies to any subsequent wins and if you manage to clear an entire reel, then you get another multiplier added to the game.

I found it hard to get ahead but once I moved into the bonus game, I saw the multipliers grow and over 50x was my reward.
