To achieve a standard win, you need a minimum of 8 matching symbols to land anywhere on the grid. The best payers are worth 5x.
Wild symbols can land anywhere during both the base game and the bonus, and these will substitute for regular symbols. If a bomb symbol appears, it can explode a 3x3 section of the game area and remove symbols to bring new ones in.

Considering that we're way below ground in a mine, this is one colourful game! That could be attributed to the sparkling gems, I suppose. The little mole characters are very cute and the soundtrack is suitably light-hearted. As a side note, it is quite a large grid that fills up the screen, but you can still play on your mobile phone if you'd like to.
There's nothing wrong with Miner Moles, but there's nothing particularly inventive about it either. Perhaps the bombs and special carts could help it stand out from the rest, but ultimately, it's not doing anything different. What I did find is that the bombs land quite often and the multiplier grows exponentially to bring decent payouts, and that's what matters the most, right?
