Halloween Fortune 2 Review
As the sequel to the beloved Halloween Fortune, Halloween Fortune 2 returns with even more on offer for fans of the series. This Halloween slot is developed by Playtech and plays on 5-reels with 25 paylines.
Players can try to win up to 3,000x their stake through the free spins, increasing multipliers and locked wilds. If you want a treat this Halloween, then we suggest checking out this slot.
Design
From the offset, this slot looks incredibly outdated. Despite being released in 2016, the graphics look old and the slot feels like it was made in 2005. Sadly, the tacky looking graphics make it hard to appreciate the different art of symbols and bring down the experience a lot.
Even the background looks like a generic forest image that was placed into the background to give it 'atmosphere'.
As expected the music has a spooky tone with chants and percussion sounds, but it's nothing too spectacular. Despite that, it fits in with the slot and is one of the only things that they've done right in this slot.
Gameplay
The gameplay is quite formulaic and what you'd expect from a Playtech slot. You spin the reels and that's about it. It plays on 5-reels with 25 paylines, so it's incredibly simple to follow.
Literally, everything you need can be found at the bottom with the spin button being to the right of the reels. The autospin button is next to it along with the bet level.
Win Potential
It's not looking good for this slot as the RTP starts at a pathetic 94.99% which is below the average standard. As a low to medium volatility slot, you can expect frequent payouts but at lower amounts. The most that you can win in this slot is from landing 5 of the wilds and you could win up to 5,000x your stake.
Our Verdict
Sadly, we can't say that we loved this slot. It has so much promise to be brilliant but the graphics and lack of huge win potential are too poor for our liking. Halloween Fortune 2 will appeal to you if you love witchcraft and Halloween, but that's about it.
Seasoned slot players should avoid this slot as the RTP and maximum payout is lower. If you want something more intense and scarier, then try out Halloween Jack.
