Bounty Hunters Features
As you would expect, Bounty Hunters is all about the features, features and features. We’re pretty sure that Nolimit City will eventually do away with the base game and just make their slots 1 long feature. But until that day, they’re still presenting us with a bit of both and that’s just fine!
Speaking of base games, this one takes place on a 5x3 grid and wins are scored by landing 3-5 regular paying symbols on adjacent rows from left to right. Nothing too weird about that and so far so good!
Moving on to special symbols and features, the first things to look out for are the Bonus symbols and Scatter symbols. Scatters land on the 3 central reels and Bonus symbols on reels 1 & 5. 3 Scatter symbols trigger Raid Spins and if there’s a Bonus symbol present on the same row, you get Showdown Spins.
Raid Spins & Showdown Spins
The reelset grows to 5x4 for this part of the game and you also have special reels running down the sides and across the bottom. Thugs & Boss symbols land with coin values up to 25 for the Thugs and 5 for the Bosses. They stop on the main part of the grid while the Bounty Hunter symbols use the 3 extra areas and they carry up to 12x multipliers.
The bonus begins with 3 respins and each time a Thug or Boss symbol lands, these are replenished. If you see 3 spins without any of these symbols, then it’s game over.
The Bounty Hunter symbols collect coin values from the Thugs and Bosses—which are then removed—and apply their own multiplier when they land in the same horizontal or vertical line. But if the Thugs or Boss symbols are out of the line, then they stay put for the next respin.
The Boss symbols also perform an upgrade by either adding all other values to their own, adding their own value to Thug symbols or throwing out a progressive multiplier.
Players outside the UK might be able to head straight to this feature for 100x if the option is available.
Showdown Spins have a similar respin action but a slightly different grid and modifiers. The grid is now 5x5 and we have a Hard Honcho Boss in the middle of 12 Thug symbols. He begins with a 6x coin value, which can increase, and his value might get added to that of the Thugs if you’re lucky.
This feature might also be available for some players outside the UK for 850x your bet, so you can safely assume that this part of the game should see the biggest wins.
Bounty Hunter Wilds
These Wild symbols are stacked 3 high and if they land completely in view, a respin is triggered. If they are partially in view then the xNugde system brings the stack into view, 1 step at a time, with a respin and adds +1 to the multiplier.
Mexican Standoff
2 bonus symbols can land but not trigger the respins bonus feature if there isn’t a Scatter symbol on the same row. This will bring about a respin with both bonus symbols morphing into a sticky Wild with a 6x multiplier.
