Sheep Gone Wild Review
PETA is probably going to have a field day with this one. There's a terrible ruckus coming from the barn and it's all because the wolf has taken it upon himself to catch as many sheep as he can and turn them into free spins, wilds and multipliers. Whatever your ethical stance on the storyline, you've got to admit it certainly makes for an interesting slot concept.
Design
We've sung Red Tiger's praises before and we will do it once again with Sheep Gone Wild. The whole set is perfectly designed with professional, animated movie-style quality which gives you high hopes for the game ahead.
There's a fairly standard banjo loop keeping you company along the way and each time a feature triggers you get to see the wolf and sheep rough and tumble before taking your pick to reveal a welcome modifier.
It's a great-looking game that doesn't lose any quality as it is taken to a smaller mobile screen either. Fans across the board are going to enjoy this one.
Game Play
The base game features the chance to randomly trigger the sheep snatch bonus, which makes every spin a tantalising prospect. And while there is a chance that the Free Spins Bonus could appear at any time, it will, naturally, arrive with far less frequency than the Sheep Snatch feature.
For players outside the UK, you don't have to play the waiting game as you look longingly for features and modifiers to turn up. You can buy straight into the bonuses whenever you like.
Win Potential
The winning potential is enormous in Sheep Gone Wild. Some lucky players might battle their way through this woollen minefield to finally appreciate a 13,400x win. The RTP is slightly below 96% but it's nothing to be concerned about and there is high volatility to deal with. The biggest wins will be found in the bonus games with the free spins feature certainly proving the place to be for the very biggest payouts.
Our Verdict
If you like your slots bright and colourful with a fun and slightly weak moral compass, then you're going to love this game. The features aren't the most original but the modifying sheep picks help give them a bit of a boost in the right direction. Give it a try; you won’t be sorry.
