This culinary slot has a 5x4 grid with 20 paylines. To win, you need to land at least 3 matching symbols along said paylines, starting from the first reel. The card suit symbols along with the circular purple symbols are the low pays. Land a 5-of-a-kind made up of these and you can win up to 10x the bet.
The pizza ingredient symbols are the high pays. If you land a 5-of-a-kind made up of the most valuable (pepperoni) symbol, you’ll pocket 40x the bet. The Pizza Wild substitutes for all pay symbols, except for scatters and coin symbols. It also can function as a pay symbol itself. A 5-of-a-kind will win you 50x the stake.
The coin symbols carry values of between 1x and 25x. You simultaneously need to land a Collect symbol on reel 5 to see their values added to your balance, though.

The game’s highly volatile, but I was lucky enough to hit quite a few winning combos. A lot of them weren’t that valuable, mind. It’s the coin and jackpot symbols that make the base game really engaging, though. They’re not rare occurrences and can serve to hit some very impressive wins.
The scatter symbols seemed to fall quite regularly, too, which is a relief as you’ll need 5 to land simultaneously if you want to trigger the free spins round. Given the regularity with which the coin, jackpot and scatter symbols fall, you always feel you’re in with a chance of winning or at least triggering something special.
The Free Spins round is more or less the same format as the base game; however, the coin and collect symbols fall even more frequently, plus the collect symbols can increase or even multiply their values. One downside is the fact that you can’t win any jackpots during the round.

The RTP is a decent 96.08%. There are only 20 paylines, but I found that winning combinations hit quite regularly. Also, thanks to the coin and jackpot symbols, there are plenty of ways to win. This is probably why, when I was playing, the game didn’t feel as volatile as advertised.
In Free Spins, the Coins fall more regularly, but given that you can’t win jackpots, it seemed like I had more or less the same win potential as in the base game. At 5,000x, the max win isn't as high as some games with high volatility.
The spinning of both reels and dough takes place in a dimly lit pizza restaurant. In the background, you can see the typical tables, chairs and black and white tiles one would associate with such a place. You can also see a few satisfied customers chowing down on a pizza pie, too.
