You have six reels running in a standard formation with one extra reel at the top that moves horizontally. Matching symbols must land on consecutive reels, starting from the leftmost reel and can include those from the horizontal reel above. Incidentally, this only covers the central four reels.
Winning symbols are made up of six standard royals with incredibly low payouts and then there are four Oriental symbols that don't look much better on paper, it has to be said. The lotus flower gets top billing with a 1x payout for a group of six. So why are these symbols so stingy?
The reason is that losing symbols will disappear and the Prize Builder kicks in. Winning symbols move down to the bottom of the reels and the others will respin. Winning symbols that join the group from the top reel will drop down onto the regular set and begin to make extra room. As more symbols crush their way into place, the number of winlines begins to grow. If a win is improved by the landing symbol, then the Prize Builder will continue the respins and add to your prize total.

The Prize Builder feature is quite captivating at first glance but I'm not sure if Megaways fans are going to see this as something new or rather just a little nuanced. Either way, it has the power to build up some decent wins and who doesn't love those?
