Mighty Monkey Coin Combo Features
The first thing to mention is that you are going to need a little patience while we unpack all of these features and modifiers. It's not that there are loads of separate bonuses to talk about it's just that it's all a little intertwined and convoluted.
One of my pet hates is picking up a game and flicking through pages and pages of instructions as the developer tries to explain what's going on. Unfortunately, that's exactly what has happened in Mighty Monkey Coin Combo.
First off, standard wins land on the 5x3 grid courtesy of five higher-paying symbols and six lower-paying symbols the lower payers are playing cards from 8 to ace. Three plus matching symbols must land on adjacent reels starting from the left-hand side. So far, so good. Now, let's take a look at what else occurs beyond standard wins.
There is a Village symbol and this represents a Wild that can substitute for all others except the Element Coins and these may appear on reels 2, 3 & 4 during the base game.
Respins Games
Element Coins come in three different colours—red, blue and green—during the base game and they head directly into their corresponding bowls. At any time, one of these coins may trigger the respin feature or jackpot feature.
The respin feature is known as the Monkey Feature in this game and it will happen when you land a combo of green and blue bowl triggers. Effectively, more than one bowl can trigger the respin game at the same time and give you a slightly different outcome.
If the red bowl triggers, then it is the Jackpot Feature for you and potentially other features as well if you land the green and blue bowls. Confused? You will be…
The Monkey Feature is the main bonus and it will come your way when triggering any combination of bowls apart from a single red bowl trigger. depending on the combination of bowls, you will get a different-sized grid and a different number of coins to start with.
You need to land gold coins and green coins to replenish your respins back to 3 and if you manage to fill up the whole grid with these coins, then you are awarded the Grand jackpot prize. If not, you receive the sum total of the cash value shown on the coins as is standard procedure for this type of feature. You don't have to worry about any baffling modifiers to overcomplicate this part of the game.
Landing a red bowl trigger or a combination of other coloured bowls and a red bowl trigger will award you the jackpot feature and now you are presented with 15 fu baby coins and you get to keep choosing them until 3 matching jackpots emerge. This is your prize and the game will finish. There is also a chance you may reveal upgrade symbols during the jackpot game and if you get three of them before matching three Jackpot symbols, then whatever jackpot you land will be upgraded to the next level.
