This mythical world of Epic Hellas seems to offer quite a muted base game experience but everything else would indicate that the bonus game action will step things up several notches. It's all about the bonus symbols and coin multipliers, and some of these could be big jackpot prizes.
This epic adventure starts with a 5x3 game area and 50 paylines. The low-paying royals will produce payouts worth up to 1.5x for a group of five and the picture symbols pay up to 3x. Wins begin on the left-hand reel and make their way across to the right. The low symbol payouts tell me that base game wins are going to be fairly limited in all likelihood, so we want to get to the bonus area as quickly as possible!

The base game is fairly fun to play and nice to look at but unless you hit a ton of wild symbols, you're not going to see huge payouts in that area. For the biggest bounty, you need some free spins bonus symbols or multiplier coins. I wasn't impressed with the returns from the respins game but I can see that there's potential there for jackpot prizes at any moment.

Featuring various mythical characters, Epic Hellas produces a superb visual display that looks fantastic on larger and smaller screens.
The bonus buy option is going to be very tempting for players outside the UK as it's obviously where the biggest and best payouts can be found. That said, the base game is still fun to watch – it's just lacking a little in the win potential department.
