The game looks and sounds great. The desaturated colour scheme is nicely offset by the flashes of colour brought about by non-paying symbols and winning combinations. The music is suitably epic without being overbearing. Not much changes in the bonus round, though. The music increases its tempo and the colours get a little brighter, but there’s no change of setting.
There are plenty of features, but that isn’t to say the game is complicated. Nonetheless, the likes of Mystery symbols and Palace of Mercury add a layer of complexity which helps keep things interesting. There always seems to be something happening, which is surprising given the game’s high volatility.
The features really add to the win potential, even in the base game. For me, the expanding Mystery symbols seemed to drop quite frequently, so the game area expands just as often, thereby increasing your win ways. Perhaps some players would expect a max win bigger than 10,000x, especially from such a highly volatile game, but the RTP of 96.06% isn’t bad.
I have to say, Terracotta Amy is really well presented. There are plenty of features to keep players interested, but they’re easy enough to not alienate those looking for something simple. You certainly won’t get bored and there’s good win potential, too.
