To land yourself a win in Mad Cabs, you'll need regular Playing Card symbols from 10 through Ace or the Mad Cab symbols. In addition to this, Wild symbols can also pay out in their own right and Noober symbols will also work some magic.
There are 20 pay lines on which to feel the power of these images and a minimum of 3 are required to score a payout. However, only 2 Wild symbols are needed to get you a win. These Wild symbols will also substitute for all others except the Noober symbols, as one might expect.

2 of these sets trigger the game and get you your Expanding symbol. It does seem like a lot of effort for a minor modifier. You can also trigger this during the Free Spins Bonus when Mad Cab symbols appear on at least 3 reels.
Watch Car symbols expand to cover the reels and pay on all lines when 2 sets of them land at the same time. You’ll need 3 Tuk-Tuk, 3 Black Cab, 3 Yellow Cab or 2 Limo symbols to trigger the feature.
