Kitty Kollect does a very good job of disguising some familiar features in a big fluffy fur coat so you're not really sure what's going on. In essence, there are three bonus games and they can all combine to provide chances of hitting a jackpot.
Other big wins can also arrive whilst watching a cash collect system and some wild multipliers hitting the reels. It sounds like all the basic elements are in place, so let's get our laser pointers out!
5x3 is the size of this game area and you've got 25 paylines on which to land a payout. The most prominent symbols are going to be the lowest payers and in this game, they aren't presenting royal card symbols.
You simply make your way through various picture symbols until you hit the big blue-suited kitty at the top. A 5-of-a-kind win here will fetch you 8x whilst the lowest payers only get you 1x.
These aren't the best stats you'll find from a payline slot but you'll be pleased to know that wild symbols are in abundance and these have the same value as the top-paying symbol. They substitute for all of the symbols I've mentioned above.
Regular payouts are all well and good but they aren't going to excite you as much as the bonus games will. There are three to look forward to and you'll need paw scatter symbols to turn up and kickstart one of the bonus rounds.
The first is Tasty Treats – this is a cash collect feature with 9 free spins and gold symbols containing cash prizes. The 5th reel is reserved for the collector symbol and if both cash and collect symbols land at the same time, you pick up the cash rewards.

The red scatter symbols can trigger Meow or Never where you get to land fishbowls and see which random coloured fish comes out of it. I played all three of the bonus games and the rewards weren't drastically different between the three. I walked away from each with roughly 50x. The max win is still shrouded in mystery at this stage but then again we are reviewing Kitty Kollect in advance, so we can't blame the developer for not having finalised every single detail. My wins were fairly varied throughout the base game with the occasional 30x win and there was even a 50x prize thrown in there as well.
As I said, the bonus games rewarded me with around 50x for each one. The volatility level is given as medium but I suspect this may be adjusted to a medium-high level if my gameplay was anything to go by. The RTP is around 96%.
There's no denying that this slot is cute and cuddly and any cat lovers will fall in love instantly with these dapper felines. One of my favourite moments is when the bonus games trigger and a laser pointer is aimed at the screen. A large cat attacks the laser and slides down the reel in a fun, animated way. It looks better on larger screens but you can still pick up the action on a mobile phone if you wish.
