Greedy Fox Review
The fox vs the chicken is a tale as old as time. One that has been explored many times within the slot world with hits such as Chicken Fox, Chicken Drop, Chicken Chase and Nunchucks Chicken to name a few.
Stakelogic has decided to throw its own hat into the ring with Greedy Fox. As the name suggests, this slot follows a hungry fox trying to eat the chickens. Of course, there are other farm animals along the way trying to stop him.
In terms of the gameplay and features, you'll be treated to a highly volatile slot paired with free spins, multipliers and more. You could even see rewards of up to 5,000x the stake in this slot.
Like most Staklogic slots, the design of this game is pretty impressive. There are sharp colours as well as clean designs with animals and a farm that really cements the overall design.
On the reels, there are foxes, cows, chickens, dogs and even roosters. Each has its own personality with a unique design and style which really adds to the humour of the slot.
As for the music, you'll not be able to stop yourself from dancing along. It sounds like a spy movie but with some added funk to it. It's fun to listen to but there is a mute button at hand if it gets too much.
If you've played Zicke Zacke, then you'll be familiar with the gameplay as it's almost identical. The game basically builds up to the free spins round with a collect feature.
There are also multipliers and expanding wilds throughout. It's nothing too complicated and it's relatively straightforward to get started.
Greedy Fox has an okay win potential that is let down by the low RTP. Sadly, the RTP is just under the average standard but only just. We recommend players check out slots with an RTP of 96% and above unless there's a jackpot attached.
This medium to high volatility slot also contains a maximum win of 5,000x the stake. This is not bad but we would've expected more with the RTP being under the average.
Unfortunately, Greedy Fox has been done better multiple times. There are some elements that are cool to see such as the visuals and the bonus round - but it's nothing we haven't seen before.
However, don't let this stop you from having a decent time. The overall experience was quite fun for us and we'd be more than happy to jump straight back in.
