Feel the Beat Review
I think it’s fair to say that this slot is a little specialist and is likely to appeal to quite a small section of fans, I imagine. You might have to be into your chilled-out EDM vibes to get the most out of it, although the game’s mechanics may also have a certain appeal for slots fans who haven't come across them before.
One of the main selling points in Feel the Beat is that you do get to feel your own beat! There is a choice of three songs available that you can scroll through at the top of the screen and each one forces the dancers to mix up their moves a little. As you can probably imagine, neon colours feature heavily in this silent disco and the backdrop is a cityscape that vibrates along to the tunes.
The two modifiers that bring better wins are available throughout both parts of the game so it doesn't matter if you find yourself in the Base game or the Free spins bonus, you'll still get to experience a little added entertainment. For me, the X symbol provided better wins and you never know just how high that multiplier might grow. Players outside the UK can head straight to the Bonus rounds if they wish and it'll cost 100x for Pump up the Jam! and 200x for Get your Booty on the Floor!
Hacksaw gaming always provides a very decent max payout and 10,000x is probably one of their most frequent figures. To achieve such a lofty prize, you’ll battle with reasonably high volatility that stands at 4 out of 5. The RTP is 96.20%.
All slots run the risk of turning off players who aren’t into a particular genre, but music can be even trickier given how individual everybody’s tastes are. Regardless, Hacksaw Gaming likes to push the boundaries, so you have to salute them for trying new things. Feel the Beat offers fun mechanics, good win potential and it’s a little bit different. Why not give it a go?
