Cock-A-Doodle-Moo Review
What I love about this game, apart from the fact that it’s ridiculous, is that no animals get eaten, shot or chased by a fox. It’s cute, fun and full of silly add-ons. Some games take themselves very seriously; Cock-A-Doodle-Moo sure isn’t one of them!
Design
Farmyard slots are pretty samey so I can't go overboard with my praise, but I should mention that it is bright and colourful with some amusing-looking symbols. you won't find anything mind-blowing here but you will have a big smile on your face the whole way through. It's a standard middle America / farmyard hoedown that keeps you tapping your feet as you play and it, naturally, gets a little hyped-up during the bonus game. Watch out for Cock-A-Doodle-Moo on mobile devices too.
Gameplay
The base game offers fairly standard action with Wild symbols and a chance to trigger the Free Spins bonus, but you'll also notice that some of the symbols land as a large group. This will help create more frequent combos and when the jumbo group is part of a win, it will split into 4 separate symbols and allow for more winning ways.
For the big bucks, you will need the Pot Bonus to trigger, so keep everything crossed while you watch the chickens produce their prize-winning eggs!
Win Potential
As you know, the max win is 5,000x and this will only happen if you make your way to the Pot Bonus and are lucky enough to reveal 3 Grand Jackpot eggs. The volatility is high and the RTP is 96.01%.
My Verdict
Some games are sweet and innocent with lovely design elements but nothing much to mention in the way of gameplay and prize potential. Cock-A-Doodle-Moo manages to incorporate a little bit of everything to offer a top slot session that should see you smiling regardless of the results. As soon as I'm finished with this review, I'll be back to playing my new favourite farmyard game!
Paul spent plenty of time in arcades up and down the UK discovering all of the best fruit machines and watching them grow into the incredible online slots we see today. He still loves the basic format but also has a soft spot for games with big bonus rounds that progress as you play. Immortal Romance is one of his favourite slots of all time.
