Bigger Catch Bass Fishing is a 5-reel, 3-row slot with a very standard 10 paylines. There are 11 regular symbols, starting with the low-paying letter symbols and then moving up to your fishing paraphernalia that includes a tackle box, fishing rod, dragonfly, boat and the happy little fisherman himself.

I quite enjoyed this feature, but it took me a while to activate it. It’s fast-paced, and I managed to bag a few quid, but I couldn’t manage to fill the reels and get a multiplier. Overall, it was a fun round, but I didn’t walk away with a large payout.

Bigger Catch Bass Fishing certainly talks a big game. There's no doubt that Blueprint has made some vast improvements since the original game. For example, upping the top prize from 4,000x to a whopping 50,000x, and introducing the Rapid Fire Jackpot mechanic.
However, although there are lots of chances to bank some decent wins, you'll have to hope you get into the bonus rounds to do so. You’re also working with medium to high volatility and 95% RTP.
As a rule, I'm not a massive fan of fishing-inspired slots and Bigger Catch Bass Fishing has done nothing to change my opinion.
The animations are quite nice, but they are indistinguishable from the original game. The game board sits on the backdrop of a lake under the water, which I dare say you have seen a million times before.
The soundtrack is quite a jolly, upbeat musical number, but I did have to turn it off after a while as it got a bit repetitive.
I feel like the minds at Blueprint could have come up with something a lot more original, though I imagine it will satisfy fans of this slot theme.
I quite enjoyed playing Bigger Catch Bass Fishing. The base game is pretty standard, but the bonus games are a lot more exciting and there are definitely some chances here for top payouts.
