There’s also an exploding symbols feature, where winning combinations pay out then disappear, thereby allowing for further symbols to drop down. This continues until there are no more wins.
The 9 to Ace card symbols are the least valuable symbols. If you land a 6-of-a-kind, you can win up to 1.2x the bet. The hyena, warthog, meerkat and lioness are the higher-paying symbols. The setting looks like a plain in the Serengeti. Behind the translucent game area, you can see a river in the foreground and some mountains in the background. To the left, there’s a list of the game’s 4 jackpots. I’m guessing the designers’ intended aesthetic was a more photoreal version of the Lion King, and they’ve definitely achieved that.
The uptempo xylophone-infused music has a definite african vibe to it - it’s melodic and very easy to listen to. Overall, the graphics are decent. Visually, it’s not the most ambitious slot, but the animations are solid, and the game looks and sounds good on both mobile and desktop. Nothing’s overly complicated, either.
I’d primarily recommend 10,000 Lions to fans of the Lion King! That said, even if you’re not a fan, there’s still plenty of good gameplay and win potential for all slot enthusiasts. Good work, Reelplay.!
