IGT achieves "Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality"

A monumental achievement for IGT

Only last week, IGT were in the news for position chances within the board the iGaming giant is back in the news again but for positive reasons.

IGT has been awarded a perfect score for the 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for workplace equality which is credited by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

Four Central Pillars

The CEI is a leading benchmarking survey for equality within the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace and the award for "Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality" has been designated to IGT.

The HRC and CEI focus on four central pillars in this survey which include:

• Non-discrimination policies across business entities.
• Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families.
• Supporting an inclusive culture.
• Corporate social responsibility.

Amazingly, the IGT has incorporated many of these things since 2018 such as competitive benefits for same-sex partners, gender-neutral bathrooms, inclusive hiring processes and support training courses.
