Fred's Food Truck Review
Some restaurants and food trucks simply have too much on display to make you trust them. This is certainly the case with Fred's Food Truck as this greasy-looking vehicle presents everything from chicken legs to tacos and there's even some pizza thrown in as well. You might not want to eat there but you can certainly enjoy a few spins with a potentially decent outcome.
Fred is, as you would imagine, a little on the hefty side and wielding a spatula in his hand. A couple of sausages seem to have fallen into his apron and we hope he isn't serving them up to the next customer.
The reels sit proudly on the side of this food truck where various stickers seem to have been plastered all over the panels as well.
As you make your way into the pair of free spins bonus rounds, you'll notice that there isn't much of a change to the design. This is a shame as everything feels like one long storyline without much of a break to build the tension.
There is a happy-go-lucky theme song to accompany your time at Fred's Food Truck and you may even hear the big man cheering you on as some decent wins come your way. Don't forget that you can enjoy all of the above on mobile devices as well.
As we have hinted at more than once, Fred's Food Truck doesn't really break down into sections and present anything different as you approach the bonus game. Granted, the Global Multiplier sticks around for the whole show but other than that, you may find the storyline a little monotonous. However, it is good fun and if you are prepared to see past a slight lack of ambition with the plot, then you'll have a great session.
You can look forward to a max 10,000x win with medium volatility for most of the game. The only time that this can jump to high volatility is if you use the bonus by options. The RTP of 96.33% is just about right.
Hacksaw Gaming could have added a little variation to the theme and expanded on their idea a bit further, but nobody's perfect and we still enjoyed our time with this slot. It is certainly worth a few spins but we wouldn't advise you go anywhere near that sausage poking out of Fred's apron!
