Fire Witch Review
Have you ever wondered what happens when you mix fruit machine slots with Halloween? The result is SYNOT Games' Fire Witch. Playing on 3-reels with 5 paylines, this slot keeps it simple whilst adding a little magic.
This spooky slot embraces Halloween with a Wheel of Fire and Fire Respins leading to haunting wins that'll leave you smiling. So hop onto the Fire Witch's broom for the ride of your life!
Design
In terms of the design, SYNOT Games have gone for a minimalistic look with a cartoon graveyard surrounded by scary trees and haunting pumpkins. As for the symbols on the reels, there are fruit symbols but these all have a mystic bubble surrounding them making them look off-putting.
The star of the show is easily the Fire Witch herself with her voracious red hair and green outfit. Sadly, we didn't experience any dialogue from her which felt a little disappointing.
When the slot opens up, you'll be greeted by eerie music with bells, drums and an orchestra. On paper, this does not sound like a scary combination, but it works together to deliver something sinister on the reels.
Gameplay
As for the gameplay, this slot is a fruit machine game at heart so the gameplay is expected to be simple. However, the addition of the wheel and the respin certainly shake it up leading to something thrilling.
Like most SYNOT Games' slots, the menu bars can be found at the bottom with the spin button and bet level. To the left of the spin button is where players will find the gamble button.
Win Potential
The overall statistics for this slot are quite tame with nothing being overly disappointing. The RTP starts off strong at 96.01% and this is followed by a medium volatility level.
Fire Witch has a mediocre maximum win at 1,000x the stake which will deliver decent wins to players but nothing specular. However, it did not feel like there was a limit throughout as our wins were rewarding.
Our Verdict
As far as Halloween fruit machine slots go, Fire Witch is definitely one at the top tier for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, the gameplay manages to keep straightforward without too many complications and limiting the enjoyment.
The design of the game is not too overwhelming either making it ideal for fans of fruit machine slots. Our only criticism is the low maximum win, but it never felt like too much of an issue throughout. Jump onto the Fire Witch's broom for a marvellous ride.
