Light & Wonder appoints new CPCO
There's a brand-new face at Light & Wonder
Light & Wonder is one of the biggest iGaming companies out there with a huge amount of branded and well-known properties underneath the company. As the company continues to grow and expand even further, the slot developer has announced a brand new Chief People Capability Officer (CPCO).
This brand-new role goes to Roxane Lukas who will be tasked with leading the company's global People strategy and overseeing its people functions to ensure business outcomes. This role will also include developing Centers of Expertise dedicated to fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment for the company worldwide.
Who is Roxanne Lukas?
Starting off her career in 1997, she began as a Manager at BeamPines in New York. Fast-forward to 2004 and she joined Electronic Arts as a Manager. By 2007, she became the Director of EA Mobile and later the Vice President of EA Interactive in 2011.
She founded her own company in 2012 with The Realis Project and soon moved on as the Senior Vice President of TechStyle. Before joining Light & Wonder, she worked as an Advisor at Scopely and Opus United.
With over 25 years of experience in dealing with people, she is highly skilled in the areas of organisation skills, strategy, mentoring, talent management, operating culture and leadership development.
