Entain set to add 150 members of staff to three development studios worldwide

Entain, one of the world's leading sports betting and iGaming operators have announced they're set to double their investment in its in-house game studios. 

It's expected that the company, who are behind major brands such as Party Casino, Gala Casino, Gala Spins, Ladbrokes, Coral and US megabrand BetMGM will hire an additional 150 members of staff in three studios in the United Kingdom, Italy and India.

These studios are CR Games in Manchester, United Kingdom, Win Studios in Hyderabad, India and a proprietary studio in Rome, Italy.

What will Entain's additional investment lead to? 

It's expected that new employees joining these innovative studios around the globe will mainly focus on creating new online slots and online slot tournaments that can be played and enjoyed at a number of Entain's most popular slot sites

It has also been confirmed that staff at these studios will begin work on creating exclusive McLaren-themed content for PartyCasino after the brand signed an exclusive sponsorship deal with the iconic Formula 1 team in May 2021. 

In addition to the above, Entain is also developing unique new experiences for customers using immersive technologies such as VR. Their first VR product, a multi-activity sports club that can be used on Oculus Quest 2 will be released later this year alongside Verizon Media.

Increasing investment will lead to better games says Entain CEO

Jette Nygaard-Andersen the Chief Executive Officer at Entain spoke excitedly regarding the future of their in-house studios: “We love giving our customers great experiences and exciting entertainment as that is the bedrock of what we do. Increasing our investment across all three of our in-house games studios will provide more of that for our customers across all our global brands.”

She added: “By widening our offer with new and exclusive games, such as free-to-play tournaments, we give existing and new customers more reasons to use our products. This not only helps to grow our business but brings fresh insight, so we can further improve the offer for our customers.”
