Videoslots' Henrik Enesund promoted to Head of Casino
Henrik climbs from strength to strength!
It seems that February is the month of promotions with 5 others so far this month with Relax Gaming's Marija Hammon and Quickspin's Yumiko Lundh gaining promotions.
This time it's one of our favourite slot sites, Videoslots Casino, announcing the promotion of Henrik Enesund to Head of Casino.
Humble beginnings
Henrik started his career at Videoslots Casino as a Customer Support Agent in 2017. From this time, he's continued to grow and develop into the recognised professional he is today.
He'll be replacing the current Head of Casino Timo Thronicke who had nothing but positive words for Henrik. Thronicke stated: “I've thoroughly enjoyed my seven years at Videoslots, during which time the company has made great strides.”
“I've also appreciated working with Henrik and watching his career grow. I know I leave it in very safe hands and wish him and the team all the best in the coming months.”
18 internal promotions in 2022
During his time at Videoslots, Henrik climbed to Casino Coordinator in January 2018 and Tournament Coordinary in August 2021. From then, he took up the post of Casino Team Leader in August 2021 and now Head of Casino in February 2022.
According to Videoslots Casino, 33% of promotions in 2021 were internal and there have been 18 international promotions so far in 2022.
“Proud of my achievements,” says Henrik
In response to his promotion, Henrik said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my career to date at Videoslots and am really looking forward continuing the great work of the brilliant Timo as Head of Casino.”
“When I look back on the last five years at Videoslots I am immensely proud of my achievements and that of the wider team. I’m also super excited about our plans for 2022 and can’t wait to get started.”
“Very talented,” says Videoslots' Deputy CEO
“Henrik has gone through the ranks quickly at Videoslots. He’s very talented and I’m delighted that he has taken up his new position,” stated Ulle Skottling, Videoslots’ Deputy CEO.
Skottling concluded: “I’m also really pleased that we have been able to promote another of our internal high-flyers as the retention of our best employees is one of the secrets to our success here. It bodes very well for the future.”
